Sample Learning Projects I’ve Designed
New Teacher Support Group (NTSG)
A structured professional learning and coaching model designed to support new educators in moving from training to consistent classroom practice. By combining asynchronous modules with guided reflection and coaching, this approach created stronger alignment between professional learning and implementation while increasing educator engagement and instructional consistency.

Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) Modules
A five-module professional learning series designed to build consistent, high quality coaching practices across programs. Through structured modules, case-based application, and shared tools, this work strengthened coaches’ ability to support goal-driven instruction and created stronger alignment in coaching implementation across settings.
