Research

As part of a graduate course, I completed this literature review to explore current research related to professional development and learning transfer. Although my work is centered in applied coaching and professional learning, this assignment provided an opportunity to step back and examine how research supports and challenges the systems used in practice.

As part of this graduate coursework, I also developed a research proposal focused on strengthening professional development systems through more intentional coaching design and implementation. This project builds on the ideas explored in the literature review, shifting from analysis to application by outlining a structured approach to studying how coaching models can better support learning transfer in early childhood settings. While my work is grounded in practice, this proposal reflects an effort to connect that work to research-based inquiry and consider how systems can be refined through intentional design and evaluation.
